Do you require a prescription?

Yes, we require a prescription for all RX drugs. You can email your prescription to [email protected].

Do you sell both brand names and generics?

Yes, we sell both brand names and generics.

Do you deliver drugs worldwide?

OS Pharma delivers drugs to almost any country. Please check the order form to find out the available delivery options for a particular destination.

How can I pay for medication?

OS Pharma accepts e-checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB).

Do you guarantee confidentiality?

Yes, we guarantee that all of your orders will be shipped confidentially – in opaque packages without any inscriptions on them.

What shipping options do you use?

Currently, we ship drugs using 2 shipping options: Trackable Courier Service (EMS) and Regular Airmail service. The packages sent by Regular Airmail service cannot be tracked. For more details, please visit our Shipping page.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee will depend on the shipping option, the delivery address, and the products you order. To see your shipping fee, please add the desired goods into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

What if the package is lost / damaged during delivery or arrives with some items missing?

Such cases are extremely rare. In this case, please contact our customer support group. We will either resend the products for free or offer you a refund.

Can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order if you choose EMS for delivery. In this case, you can check the status of your order online through our website.

What if I haven’t received my order?

If you opt for the EMS shipping option, you can use your tracking code to track your order. If you opt for regular airmail delivery, keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days for your medication to arrive. If you do not receive your parcel within this term, please contact your nearest postal office. If they confirm that your parcel has not arrived, OS Pharma we will resend your medication for free or offer a full refund. We strive to solve any problems in the shortest possible time.
